Log into Outlook Web Access
exchange.smis.ac.jp

Click the “Options” link from the list at the left

Scroll to the bottom of the Options and click on the “Change Password” button

In the “Internet Service Manager” window, enter the following information
Domain: SMIS
Account: your user name
Old password once, and new password twice

Click “OK”, and you're done.
